There's been a steady stream of leaked details and pictures pointing out to the alleged next flagship from HTC, the HTC One (M9), sometimes being referred to as HTC Hima.
Although the Taiwan-based tech giant still haven't sent out a word to debunk or confirm the rumors, speculations regarding the company's next HTC One are still going on around thanks to a series of recently-leaked images of the phone.
Zol.com reported a new set of photos has leaked online to reveal what the unreleased device would look like.
As featured in their website, the phone's design appears to have a closer resemblance to its predecessor, the HTC One (M8) but with slight differences. The device was shown with thinner bezels and a redesigned BoomSound speaker grills.
The earphone jack of the alleged smartphone was also repositioned as it can now be found at the bottom of the phone. The company's logo looks like it has been changed, too.
The site, however, commented about the back part of the device saying: "why would the back of the (M9) look exactly like the back of the (M8) if the Duo camera set up is being replaced by a 20.7MP rear snapper?"
BGR.com, meanwhile, wrote that the alleged One (M9) will arrive with a 2560 x 1440 QHD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB or RAM, 2, 840mAh battery and will run on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop OS.
Regardless of the talks, HTC is expected to present at CES in Las Vegas in the coming week. Until then, the information offered by these leaked images and specs should be taken with a grain of salt.
